WELCOME TO HEALTH CLASS Students who come to through the dance related arts rotation will have health class every Thursday during that time. Throughout the 6-weeks they will discover a path to leading a healthy life physically, mentally, and socially. My hope is to leave them with a ambition to set personal goals for lifetime wellness. |

Total Body WellnessHealth is a total body experience! We will explore explore health through many avenues such as but not limited to: Goal setting, stress management, handling emotions, safety, body system functions, decision making, puberty (5-8), substance abuse (7/8), cyber safety and awareness, etc.

Physical ActivityStudents will learn and understand how physical activity and rest plays a part in our total body wellness. We will learn caloric intake, weight gain and loss, sugar intake, and the importance of letting our body recover!
