My Name is Heather Reedy
I teach Dance and Health at TFAA. I was born and raised in the Wild and Wonderful state of West Virginia. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Marshall University (GO HERD!) in 2010 with a BA in Physical Education and Health Education. I have been dancing for 32 years - since the age of 3. I began my competitive dance career at the age of 8. I have been a dance instructor since the 7th grade! I was a 4-time D1A NDA Collegiate All-American with Marshall University. We performed in numerous NFL stadiums and I once danced back-up for Rascal Flatts. I moved to Tennessee in 2010 where I started my career here at TFAA. |
I married my husband Zeke in 2013 and we welcomed our identical twins Ivy and River Reedy in 2015.
We love being outdoors, watching movies, and enjoying down time as a family.
My husband and daughters are enrolled citizens of The Muscogee Creek Nation and frequently dance in local Native American events and Pow Wows as well as educating the students here at TFAA.
Dancing has been a passion of mine my whole life and I am SO very grateful to share that passion with your children!!
